For the vast majority of our services (Ants, Spiders, Rodents, Wasps), you do not need to leave your home. You can simply hang out in a different room while we work. The only exceptions are specialized treatments like full-home Bed Bug Heat Remediation or certain heavy-infestation Roach clean-outs, where we will provide you with a clear schedule in advance.
We pride ourselves on fast local response times. Most standard service requests are fulfilled within 24–48 hours. For urgent issues like an active hornet’s nest near an entrance or a sudden bed bug discovery, we offer emergency same-day or next-day priority scheduling.
This is actually proof that the treatment is working! We use "non-repellent" baits. Unlike hardware store sprays that just make them hide, our baits are designed to be attractive. The insects eat the bait and carry it back to the colony to share with the queen. A spike in activity for 24–48 hours is normal as the "transfer effect" begins to collapse the nest.
